Why did I get a restock email if my preorder isn't here? Our restock notifications often apply to our everyday "Core" collection (Standard Speed & SpeedFlex). Preorder items, like the Salute to Service or Axiom lines, are manufactured in limited runs and follow the specific delivery windows noted in the table above.

Can I split my shipment? Orders containing both "In-Stock" and "Preorder" items will typically ship together once the preorder item arrives. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please contact our support team to arrange split shipping (additional fees may apply).

Will I get a tracking number? Absolutely. As soon as your item hits our warehouse and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details.
